Depending on public health guidelines related to COVID-19, plans for a residential offering are subject to change.
All sessions will be hosted at the National Humanities Center, which is located between Chapel Hill and Durham, North Carolina.

NEH Summer Scholars are required to make their own housing arrangements for the institute. The Center has arranged for a group rate at the Hampton Inn in Carrboro. There are also numerous other hotels in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Durham as well as AirBnB options for lodging. The Center will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the headquarters hotel daily. Alternatively, participants can arrange their own transportation.
