Philip Stewart finished a translation of Jean-Jacques Rousseau's novel, Julie ou la nouvelle Héloise, on which he is collaborating with Jean Vaché (NHC Fellow, 1995–96). The work will be published as part of the Collected Writings of Rousseau, edited by Roger D. Master and Christopher Kelly (University Press of New England).
