Lawrence Stone completed two books for Oxford University Press — Broken Lives: Separation and Divorce in England 1660-1857 and Uncertain Unions: Marriage in England 1660-1753. He wrote "History and Post-Modernism," a short note to appear in Past and Present; "The Compulsory Senior Thesis," for The Princeton Alumni Weekly, and a review of David Cannadine's The Decline and Fall of the British Aristocracy for The London Review of Books.
