Allen Buchanan wrote two chapters of Killing for Humanity: The Ethics of Humanitarian Military Intervention and two chapters of Justice, Legitimacy, and Self-Determination (Oxford University Press, forthcoming, 2003). His chapter on "Reforming the International Law of Humanitarian Intervention," will be included in a forthcoming volume entitled Humanitarian Intervention, edited by Jeff Holzgrefe and Robert Keohane (Cambridge University Press).
