Emily K. Hobson drafted four chapters of her book manuscript in progress, AIDS and Abolition: A History of Care Work against the Carceral State. She completed revisions and copy edits of an article, “Women/Lesbian/Prison/HIV: Categories of Mobilization in the Campaign to Change the Definition of AIDS,” for Signs: Journal of Women in Culture and Society (forthcoming), and a book chapter, “Ambivalence, Equivalence, and Intersection: LGBTQ Liberation and Rights After World War II,” in The Oxford Handbook of LGBTQ History, edited by Howard Chiang and Dominic James (Oxford University Press, forthcoming).
