Rebecca L. Walkowitz made progress on her book Born Translated: The Contemporary Novel in the Age of World Literature. She completed "For Translation: Virginia Woolf, J. M. Coetzee, and Transnational Comparison" for Legacies of Modernism (Cambridge University Press, forthcoming 2011) and "Transnational Modernism Can't Be All in One Language" for English Language Notes (2011).
