Rebecca J. Scott finished Freedom Papers: An Atlantic Odyssey in the Age of Emancipation, which she coauthored with Jean Hébrard (Harvard University Press, forthcoming 2012). She also wrote "Slavery and the Law in Atlantic Perspective: Jurisdiction, Jurisprudence, and Justice" and revised "Paper Thin: Freedom and Re-Enslavement in the Diaspora of the Haitian Revolution," both for Law and History Review (2011).
