Monika Trümper wrote Graeco-Roman Slave Markets: Fact or Fiction? (Bannerstone Press, 2009) and a substantial portion of another book, Tryphe in Hellenistic Bathing Culture: A Reassessment of Graeco-Roman Sweat Baths from a Cross-Cultural Perspective. She also wrote "Space and Social Relations in the Greek Oikos of the Classical and Hellenistic Periods" for A Companion to Families in the Greek and Roman Worlds (Blackwell, forthcoming).
