Luis R. Corteguera wrote two chapters of his book Before God and King: Ordinary People in Politics in Early Modern Spain, 1500-1800, and revised two other chapters. He coedited, with Marta Vicente, a volume entitled Women, Texts and Authority in the Early Modern Spanish World (Ashgate, forthcoming). His review article on Antonio Feros's Kingship and Favoritism in the Spain of Philip III, 1598-1621 (Cambridge University Press, 2000) appeared in American Historical Review 107 (June 2002).
