Larry Silver finished two books: Rembrandt (Rizzoli, 1992) and Art in History (Calmann and King/Prentice-Hall, in press). He contributed an essay on sixteenth-century Antwerp art to a volume tentatively titled "Accounting for Taste: The Rise of Pictorial Genres in Sixteenth-Century Antwerp," and other essays to Graven Images: The Rise of Professional Engravers, 1540–1620, the catalogue for a 1993 exhibit that will be on view in Evanston, Illinois, and Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He also submitted reviews to Art Bulletin and Sixteenth-Century Journal.
