Fellowship Work Summary, 1993–94

John A. Thompson was primarily engaged in drafting chapters for his book, More Power than lnterest: The Context of Twentieth-Century U.S. Foreign Policy. He also wrote a review article, "America's Cold War in Retrospect," to be published in The Historical Journal, and revised an essay, "The American Century in Retrospect: Unraveling the Power/Security Nexus," that will appear in Fin de Siécle: The Meaning of the Twentieth Century, edited by Alex Danchev (British Academic Press and St. Martin's, 1995).
