Jan Willem Drijvers wrote four chapters and an appendix for his book, Cyril and Jerusalem; an article entitled "Heraclius and the Restitutio Crucis: Notes on Symbolism and Ideology," for publication in The Reign of Heraclius, edited by G. J. Reinink and B. H. Stolte (Peeters, Louvain, forthcoming, 2002); a review of Georgia Frank's The Memory of the Eyes: Pilgrims to the Living Saints in Christian Late Antiquity, published in Vigiliae Christianae 55 (2001); a review of Kirsten Gross-Albenhausem's Imperator Christianissimus: Der Christliche Kaiser bei Ambrosius und Johannes Chrysostomus for the Journal of Roman Studies 91 (forthcoming, 2001); and a review of Anja Wieber-Scariot's, Zwischen Polemik und Panegyrik. Frauen des Kaiserhauses und Herscherinnen des Ostens in den Res gestae des Ammianus Marcellinus (forthcoming in Gnomon).
