Fellowship Work Summary, 2016–17

James Mulholland completed drafts of the introduction and one chapter and researched three additional chapters for his book Anglophone Literature and the Emergence of the Colonial Public Sphere, 1774–1819. He prepared two journal articles drawn from his book project: "Translocalism and the Eighteenth-Century Author in India: The Moving Localities and Mobile Publics of Eyles Irwin" and "An Indian It-Narrative and the Problem of Circulation: Reconsidering a Useful Concept for Literary Study."
