Fellowship Work Summary, 2002–03

Ginger S. Frost wrote all eleven chapters of her book, entitled "As Husband and Wife": Cohabitation in Nineteenth-Century England. She made final revisions on an article on violence between cohabitees, entitled "'He Could Not Hold His Passions': Domestic Violence and Cohabitation in the English Courts, 1850-1900," for a collection called Law, Trials, and the British Cultural Imagination: 'The Function of the Courtroom at the Present Time,' 1830-1930, and a book review of Jane Lewis's The End of Marriage? for Albion (forthcoming).
