Fellowship Work Summary, 1999–00
Einar Thomassen spent his time writing part of his book on The Spiritual Seed: The Church of the "Valentinians." His other writing included a commentary on The Interpretation of Knowledge (Nag Hammadi codex XI), to be published by Les Presses de l'Université Laval, Quebec; a chapter on "Christianity in America, Africa, and Asia" for a volume entitled Kristendommen: En historisk innføring (Oslo: Universitetsforlaget, 2000), which he co-authored with Tarald Rasmussen, and an article, "Christian Initiation in Antiquity: A Synopsis," to be published in a collective volume.
