Deidre Shauna Lynch completed drafts of two chapters of her book in progress, At Home in English: 'Loving' Literature, in the Eighteenth Century and After, and substantially revised another chapter that appeared in the journal Studies in Romanticism (July 2000) as an article entitled "Gothic Libraries and National Subject." She wrote an essay, entitled "Transformations of the Novel, 1770-1800," for The New Cambridge History of English Romantic Literature, edited by James K. Chandler (under contract with Cambridge University Press).
