Fellowship Work Summary, 1990–91

Alexander Zholkovsky finished the introduction and nine of the ten chapters of his study of Russian literary history, Text Countertext, and he produced several articles: one on Limonov, published in Syntaxis (Paris); one on Mikhail Lermontov, to appear in a forthcoming festschrift for Yury Lotman; one on Boris Pasternak, included in the proceedings of a conference celebrating Pasternak's centenary; and one on Sergey Eisenstein that has been accepted for an edited volume on the Russian avant-garde.
