Introduction to Zotero

Webinar Details

Join Center library staff for a Zoom presentation on Zotero, a free, open source tool that allows users to collect and manage sources, write citations, and generate bibliographies. This is an introduction to Zotero—not a session for those who are already successfully using the software. After completing the Introduction to Zotero tutorial, attendees will be able to:

  • Understand the layout of the Zotero interface.
  • Pull in bibliographic information about references in library catalogs and article databases.
  • Edit bibliographic information of references within Zotero.
  • Generate citations and bibliographies from Zotero references.

Please feel free to download Zotero before the session and follow along on your computer. For more information, visit zotero.org.
