OVERVIEW BIOGRAPHIES READING LIST PARTICIPANTS HOUSING & TRAVEL
All sessions will be hosted at the National Humanities Center, which is located in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
NEH Summer Scholars are required to make their own housing arrangements for the institute. The National Humanities Center has reserved a room block with a special rate of $109 per night at the Hampton Inn & Suites Carrboro. Please call to reserve your room by July 1st.
Set in the heart of Chapel Hill/Carrboro, the welcoming Hampton Inn & Suites Chapel Hill/Carrboro hotel is within walking distance to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and dining and leisure options in downtown Chapel Hill.
Transportation will be provided from the Hampton to the Center each morning and returning to the Hampton each afternoon. If you choose not to stay at the Hampton you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the Center. The Center offers free parking.
